Something about writing or drawing on paper helped them to express what they were feeling and being able to express was the much needed release that helped them to feel better. Often just getting out what they where feeling and what happened to cause it was enough to know what they wanted to do about it, and then in perfect kid fashion they were able to move on with life and be happy.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis process was a life saver for me and my husband.
